Welcome to GoreBox, developed and operated by F²Games. These Terms of Service ("Terms", "ToS") govern your access to and use of GoreBox and its related services (collectively, the "Service"). • Send messages or use voice chat to harass, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate anyone.
• Download GoreBox from any source other than officially recognized channels.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of F²Games. Your use of the Service grants no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any F²Games or third-party trademarks.

You are responsible for any content you create, share, or display on or through the Service. You agree that such content will comply with these Terms, which prohibit materials that are illegal, offensive, or infringe upon others' rights.

F²Games may terminate or suspend your account if you violate any provision of these Terms or harm the Service or its users.

The Service is provided "as is," without any warranties of any kind. F²Games disclaims all warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

F²Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any content on it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

F²Games reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
