Terms of Use for GoreBox by F²Games

Welcome to GoreBox, a game developed and operated by F²Games ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using GoreBox in any way, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the game or contributing content, information, or other materials to the game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

By accessing or using GoreBox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use GoreBox.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or within GoreBox. Your continued use of GoreBox after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

GoreBox is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use GoreBox for any commercial purposes without obtaining our prior written consent.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of GoreBox. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for all your activities in connection with the use of GoreBox. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security.

All rights, title, and interest in and to GoreBox (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of F²Games and its licensors.

We may terminate or suspend your access to GoreBox immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

GoreBox is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Without limiting the foregoing, F²Games explicitly disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

F²Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The distribution of GoreBox in any form is strictly prohibited except by F²Games or through explicit, written permission granted by F²Games. This includes, but is not limited to, distributing the game on any website, platform, file-sharing service, or physical media. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, public display, or public performance of the game is a violation of our intellectual property rights and is strictly forbidden. Any attempt to distribute GoreBox without the express permission of F²Games may result in legal action and the termination of your account and access to the game.
